In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will reprint and ship the item at no cost to you. Simply hold on to all original packaging and send a description and picture of the damage to info@mypix2.com.

Because your one-of-a-kind creation is made by you, for you, we are unable to provide refunds or replace products for the following errors:

  • Poor image resolution or quality
  • Missing, Misplaced or Misspelled text and typos
  • Missing or blank image placements
  • Selection mistakes (e.g. size, style, product options)
  • Color or brightness variation between your computer and our printers

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable international taxes, duties and other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
